Hello SEIU HCPA member! Thank you for registering for Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NCI)! This class teaches simple skills for assessing, managing, and responding to risk behavior at work. The focus is on verbal de-escalation, prevention, and early intervention. Certification is valid for two years. Our instructors are certified trainers with The Crisis Prevention Institute.

If you are an eligible participant with either the SEIU HCPA Training and Education Fund or The Home Care Training and Benefit Hub, attendance of this class is FREE for you!

All other registrants may have a fee associated or may not be eligible to take this class.
