Direct care workers who participate in our new program will be eligible for:

$15 per hour for up to 20 hours of training completed (CPR and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention classes are required.) ($300 total)
$75 additional weekly reimbursement for class-related expenses for Home Care Hub members using our tuition assistance program.
A $500 bonus for staying with your employer for six months after completing your 20 hours of training!
